When you hold your conference, corporate retreat or incentive event at Punga Cove, the whole resort can be at your disposal, booked entirely for you and your guests, for a truly memorable business event.

We have all the facilities, and a range of activities and/or team building challenges, required for a successful conference, corporate retreat or incentive event for groups of 12 to 20 delegates.

Our facilities and equipment include:

  • Conference room set out as either boardroom or theatre style.
  • Data projector.
  • On-site activities including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding
  • Mountain biking and bush walking on the Queen Charlotte Track.
  • Two on-site dining options.
  • Scenic and dolphin cruises, sailing or fishing charters in the Marlborough Sounds

Accommodation

Punga Cove provides a range of accommodation options for your conference guests, from contemporary suites to chalets or apartments, all with sea views.

Rates per person are valid for conferences of minimum 10 delegates – please enquire.

Conference Package

Catering alternatives are available on request. The standard package for lunch is a working platter style lunch, however, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Conference transfers

Punga Cove is easily accessible by boat from central Picton or helicopter from anywhere. Cougar Line's water taxi services visit several times daily, and private water transfers with special rates can be arranged.

Marlborough Tour Company's charters are available 24 hours a day and will take you directly to Punga Cove, a 45 minute journey from Picton.

Helicopter transfers ex Wellington

Helicopter transfers are available for up to 40 delegates. A scenic flight will take you across Cook Strait and Queen Charlotte Sound/Tōtaranui, to the landing pad directly behind Punga Cove.
